This is a "presidential memorandum", not a law but rather a decree issued by someone who thinks he's a king. He is not. And we are not his subjects. A president follows the will of the people and the Constitution, not the other way around. No one with any respect for the law cannot follow the demands in this document. It would mean the end of free speech and other guaranteed rights.
